Method
- Heat the oven to the temperature on the lamb pack, or 200°C.
- Cook the roast potatoes from frozen for the time on the Aunt Bessie's pack.
- Pat the lamb rack dry. Rub the fat with a little oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast the rack until the fat is browned and the meat is cooked the way you like it. Use the pack time if there is one.
- Rest the rack for 5–10 minutes.
- Cut into chops and serve with the roast potatoes.
