Method
- Heat the oven and cook the battered fillets until the coating is crisp and the fish is hot in the middle. Use the pack time.
- Heat two tins of beans gently in a pan.
- Add a grind of pepper.
- Cut the soda bread and butter it.
- Serve one fillet each with beans and soda bread.
- Keep the other four tins of beans.
