Method
- Heat the oven and cook the breaded fillets until crisp and hot in the middle. Use the pack time.
- Open two tins of the beans and heat them gently. Do not boil them hard.
- Grind a little pepper into the beans.
- Slice the fermented white loaf and butter it.
- Serve one fillet each with beans and bread.
- Cool and keep the other four tins.
