Method
- Heat the oven or a frying pan and cook the burgers until piping hot all the way through, turning once.
- Stir a pinch of garlic granules into the Philadelphia.
- Spread that on the cut side of the fermented loaf, or on the burgers.
- Slice the loaf. It is 375 g, so treat it as a side rather than eight buns.
- Serve two burgers each with the bread.
- Keep the rest of the garlic-granule jar.
